If GPResult.exe Returns Error Message or No Result, I found this little script that intended to resolve the problem and worked for me. At command prompt, execute the following:

net stop winmgmt

regsvr32 /s %systemroot%\system32\scecli.dll
regsvr32 /s %systemroot%\system32\userenv.dll
mofcomp cimwin32.mof
mofcomp cimwin32.mfl

mofcomp rsop.mfl
